Announcement to the Bullitt community:
The 2014 Bullitt Nationals is shaping up to be the largest and the longest event in the history of IMBOC. HoonDog Events has been working hard to secure a wide variety of exciting daily events leading up to Woodward. With the large crowds expected due to the 50th Anniversary, we were faced with duplication or competition for venues. In order to insure we could provide the best options possible for the Bullitt community, HoonDog Events has entered into a partnership with Grass Roots Motorsports and MRT to co-organize a combined event to be known as Motor City Round-Up. Motor City Round-Up will become a continuing annual event, where 2014 will feature the Bullitt Nationals, Team Shelby and Boss302.
Given we are now working together on a common shared platform, there will be some cases where certain activities will have attendance limits. Slots will be allocated among all groups, but will be provided on a first come basis per registration. As such, if you plan on attending the Bullitt Nationals, we suggest that you register as soon as you can. Formal announcements and advertising for Motor City Round-Up will begin by next week and we expect significant interest. Both the Bullitt Nationals and Motor City Round-Up will utilize the same registration site.
This is shaping up to be an exciting event with many special offerings. We encourage you to not miss this event. If you are seriously considering attending, please do not delay registering so you don’t miss out on being able to attend certain functions in the heart of Ford Country!

The cars were great again this year! Some modded. Some not. It doesn’t matter which because CLEAN wins and Jeff’s Best of Show Bullitt and Mike Fry’s Best of Show Mach 1 are amazingly clean. The rest of us need to step it up or both will continue this trend. And if we had to judge Jeff’s Bullitt against Mike’s Mach 1 we would have to flip a coin.
Congrats to everyone for showing up with such great rides as usual!!
